I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very clean and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their professionalism added to the overall comfort of the visit. One standout feature was the breakfast — truly one of the best I’ve had, even compared to some 5-star hotels. The variety and quality were outstanding. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was quite cold, and I ended up feeling a bit unwell afterward. It would be great if the water temperature could be improved for future guests. Nonetheless, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

The hotel is in a great part of the city, close to many interesting attractions. The room was equipped to accommodate two kids, eliminating the need for separate rooms, unlike many other hotels. The facilities were excellent, with a nice, clean pool. The best part was the breakfast, which offered a lot of healthy food—highly appreciated when traveling and finding good food for the whole family is challenging. A big thanks to the amazing person who implemented this idea. The staff were super friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Great location! Two blocks from Nuremberg HBF (central train station), and just outside of the old town wall. Perfect for our family's one-night stay to see the DB Rail Museum (3 blocks away) and Nuremberg Castle (20 minute walk). Family room with bunk bed sofa was perfect for our family of (2 adults and a 12-year-old).. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our luggage so we could sight-see for the day before checking in. English speaking staff. Beds were comfy, decor was standard.

We had the most spacious room ever with a lovely seating area that could still be used (even though the couch was transformed into a bunk bed we still had an armchair and two small tables!). The hotel itself was very close to the train station and the city centre and had everything we needed. The pool and sauna were lovely too and we enjoyed our stay so much!

Good size of the rooms, comfortable beds, cleaning only at request (which I support), good breakfast and a very good gym with fruits and water at your disposal. Walking distance from mostly everything you need to see in Nuremberg and shopping available already at the train station.
